courts

So, apparently the President may nominate someone to the Supreme Court next week. Also, California's Supreme Court will rule on Prop 8. Does anyone else think this could go poorly? If, which I doubt, California's Court strikes down Prop 8, conservatives across the country will rally around "judicial activism" and make what should be an easy confirmation an ugly partisan battle.

Also, six months left...then I will resume posting more regularly.
